Note from Loic: Michael, we just don't like
mistakes... but when dealing with 100,000 available items from various sources
in the world, it's a challenge. In addition to that challenge, Kitlinx has to
trust employees. It's physically impossible to have Loic pack every box! We have
changes of packers from time to time and it takes time to train each of them.
