Customer's Complaints

When dealing with 10,000s of customers, it's obvious that some mistakes might happen especially as the business grows and Kitlinx needs to trust employees to run various parts of the business, some with no modeling experience. Kitlinx has a very good customer-support network, friendly and helpful and we try our best to HELP resolve any issue

This last week, a "first-time" customer cancelled his order and requested a refund. He posted on social media and everywhere he could find about our failure to refund his order. This customer claims to be a veteran and that breaks our hearts as Kitlinx has been very friendly to our courageous servicemen/women.

A Paypal refund is immediate due to Paypal "friendly system". But a refund to credit cards requires the processor [Authorize.net] to send the money back to the bank of origin. This process might take several days, maybe weeks. Kitlinx has NO CONTROL over that process. But an email is sent by the processor to confirm that the refund is in process [you may want to look in your spam folder]

Please be patient when an issue arise. Kitlinx WANTS our valued customer back! It is in Kitlinx interest to serve you and provide you with products in a timely manner. Please talk to our customer-service rep over the phone if necessary, or email Loic directly at loic@kitlinx.com if you feel that any issue is not resolved.
